Synflorix Vaccine is a vaccine that helps protect your child against diseases such as pneumonia, meningitis, ear and blood infections. It helps the body make its own antibodies which protects your child against these diseases.
Synflorix Vaccine provides protection against diseases caused by ten different strains of Streptococcus pneumoniae bacteria. It is usually given as an injection into the muscle (intramuscularly) of the upper thigh or upper arm, by a doctor or nurse. It should not be self-administered. Your doctor will decide the dose that is best for you.

SIDE EFFECTS OF SYNFLORIX INJECTION
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

- Injection site reactions (pain, swelling, redness)
